PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
After graduating from Wake Forest with an M.B.A., Anne moved to Washington to work at the World Bank. She subsequently worked as a consultant at a variety of institutions, such as the OAS, World Bank, National Consumer Cooperative Bank, several federal agencies and Community Energy Ventures.

After taking off some time to start a family, Anne redirected her career to real estate in 1986. Within a couple of years she had more business than she could handle so she persuaded her sisters, Heidi Hatfield and Andrea Hatfield, to join her in real estate as the "Hatfield Team." In 2001, all three joined Washington Fine Properties.

Consistently ranked among "America's Best Real Estate Agents" by Real Trends, and as one of the top teams in the metropolitan area by Washingtonian Magazine and Bethesda Magazine, the Hatfield Weir Gale Team of Washington Fine Properties is a group of four dynamic agents with over 100 years of combined experience in the DC luxury housing market.
