    Ben Roth joined Washington Fine Properties in 2004 and quickly advanced to a top-producing sales associate.     We have done three transactions with the Morrell team and would work with only them again.     The team is fabulous! Each has a strength which compliments the process. We listened to their advice and neutralized our home so as to have greater mass appeal and sell the property which was truly close to our hearts! A team of painters, craftsmen, etc., was called in and then a fabulous "stager." Caroline and her team did a masterful job of "pruning" our furniture and accessories so as to look slick, clean and fresh. From linen closet to cupboards, "thinning" took place and a "theme" created for each room with accents of paintings and books to complement colors of the furniture.(I took many of the ideas north with me to our new home!)     Our acquisition experience was both extraordinarily efficient and pleasant. Ben listened to our requirements and built a portfolio of properties that were all relevant, specifications0-wise. For a week he took us around, adjusting and sharpening the targeted selections based on our feedback. In five days we had identified the desirable property and were ready to make an offer.

    Ben was instrumental in negotiating a deal that was not the desired deal for the seller. Being both very tactical and very convincing, he was able to bring the parties together after two rounds of negotiations.

    On the execution side, Ben coordinated the due diligence/logistics in such a way that we could close within 30 days from offer acceptance.

    Ben did not stop “at settlement.” He helped us out on a variety of matters to facilitate our relocation.
