    Kerry and Sam are a legitimate super team that is best described by a few critical attributes:
    strong, intelligent, grounded, and exceptionally caring. They came highly recommended from
    our extended family, and at this point it feels like we have made them a part of our family and we
    plan on keeping it that way. They tackled a very difficult multi-family unit building purchase with
    us in NW Washington, DC, at the end of 2022. The multi-family market in DC is very limited and
    they were able to very patiently negotiate our purchase over the course of two months, and we

    Kerry played a critical role in managing our process of down-sizing.     After having a bad experience with another realtor, Kerry came in and stepped up to the plate. She communicated with me constantly and kept me in the loop.
